Yes. It is one of our policies to provide you what you paid for. The trainer & the teaching style you select is basically your demo trainer and his/her teaching method. In order to make it fair and transparent, we assign the same trainer for you throughout the course. Click to Know more...

It depends on various factors like your English level, your immediate target learning goals and your customized curriculum. One of the aftermaths of course customization is you learning will be reduced to your specific pain points or problem areas, which means you don't have to study unneccessary stuffs, as in group classes and/or standard courses. Eventually, this strategy is a time saver which may shrink the entire duration of any regular learning process to half, or sometimes, even lesser (depending on your immediate need). We mainly focus on one-on-one sessions. But we also provide group classes which has a minimum strength of five learners to maximum strength of ten. To make these group sessions effective and impactful, we make sure that all the students within a batch are at the same or similar level of English and also have similar requirements.

Our pricing is unique and we offer a monthly subscription based payment method which means that if your curriculum is for three months, the total price will be divided into three equal installments. Pay for the first month and if you find the classes helpful or if you think you can continue, then only pay for the second month to continue. No. The only time we do that is when a student requests to do that. Apart from that, if ever we happen to change your trainer by any chance, which is very rare, we will make sure that you get a trainer who is similar in qualification and/or expertise. Click to Know more...

We understand that this might happen sometimes. All you need to do is officially email and WhatsApp the same to your counsellor and company email support@makeuspeak.com. All your classes falling in that time frame will be rescheduled till your resuming date. Click to Know more...
